Aftersales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented individual with strong customer service and administrative skills to apply for a full-time position available at the Leeton Toyota dealership. The position requires an individual with exceptional communication, organisational and people skills to assist our existing Aftersales Consultant with the day-to-day duties of our Service & Parts departments. The ability to multi-task and show initiative is a necessity. Applicants would ideally be experienced in some aspect of the Motor Vehicle Industry, although this is not essential. The role involves taking vehicle service and repair bookings as well as handling these bookings on the day. It also involves the invoicing and ordering of vehicle parts & accessories, as well as assisting in the processing of warranty claims. The Aftersales Consultant has the ability to earn a monthly bonus.
