Receptionist

What you'll do:

Greet customers in a warm, professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Establish vehicle registrations & greenslip’s
Provide admin support & clerical duties
Assist with employee events & functions
Help produce social media content
Run errands for the dealership

This position is full time, spanning Monday to Friday, with overtime paid for the occasional Saturday morning shift. A current driver’s licence will be a must. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver who is looking to build a career in business administration & customer service.

Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to join our friendly team and build a career in the exciting automotive industry. The successful applicant will need to be well presented with good communication & time management skills and have a genuine flair for customer service.

This rewarding role involves offering the full range of Toyota products to our customers. These include the range of trusted Toyota vehicles, associated Finance, Insurance & accessory products, along with pre-owned vehicles.

Whilst previous sales experience would be useful, this however is not essential. Sufficient training will be provided by experienced management and ongoing support from friendly co-workers to help you achieve success.

Your efforts will be rewarded with an above award retainer and an attractive commission structure. Superannuation is calculated on all earnings. The ability to work a Saturday morning roster will be necessary and you must hold a current driver’s licence.
