Sales Consultant
Time for a career change? Leeton Toyota are currently looking for a motivated, energetic and results-driven individual to join our sales team. The successful applicant will need to be well-presented, have a professional attitude with outstanding communication and time management skills. A genuine flair for customer service will be required.
Automotive industry sales experience would be useful, however this is an excellent opportunity for someone from outside the industry to come on board and try something new.
The role requires you to offer the full range of products to our customers including New and Used Vehicles, Finance & Insurance Products and Vehicle Accessories. Sufficient training and support from management will be provided to help you achieve success.
Your efforts will be rewarded with a lucrative commission structure, an above award retainer combined with superannuation paid on all earnings. The ability to work a Saturday roster will be necessary and you must hold a current drivers licence.

Service Manager
Leeton Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Service Department and Workshop. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on guiding teams, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position is well suited to an experienced mechanic or technician who is looking to step away from the tools and utilise their technical knowledge in a leadership and administrative role, supporting both staff and customers through strong operational oversight.
As Service Manager, you will take ownership of departmental performance, leading and mentoring Service Advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve KPI targets across customer satisfaction, efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will play a key role in improving operational processes, job flow, and workshop utilisation, while fostering a well-organised, positive, and enjoyable workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include overseeing service and parts enquiries, job monitoring and costing, invoicing and receipting, warranty claim submissions, and ensuring compliance with Toyota standards. You will work closely with dealership management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
This role requires strong leadership, organisational and administrative skills, along with outstanding communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience in the motor vehicle industry and people management is highly regarded.
